Steel Construction Limited’s first priority is for the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors and any persons that may be put at risk from work carried out by us.
We make every effort to minimise any risks of injury from the start of all projects by designing and engineering to reduce all risks to employees, other trades, the public and the environment.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our employees are trained in the use of all machinery and plant, both in the workshop environment and on any construction site. Records are regularly checked, updated and are available for inspection at any time.
Steel Construction Ltd employ an independent health and safety consultant - WA Management Ltd in Leamington Spa, to carry out regular Audits and create and review both Risk/COSHH Assessments for all our working practices, working closely with the company health and safety committee.
The company regularly invests in training for all it's staff, in specialist training for workshop and management to develop our personnel skills to further improve efficiency.
